Oyo State came alive with creativity and connection as the state government gathered creatives across the city for a vibrant cocktail hangout, part of activities marking the 50th anniversary of the creation of the state.
The relaxed but classy event brought together artists, designers, filmmakers, musicians, content creators, photographers, and other stakeholders in the creative industry, providing a space for networking, idea-sharing, and celebration of Oyo State’s rich cultural and creative heritage. Attendees described the hangout as an inspiring platform that strengthened bonds within the creative community while spotlighting the state’s growing creative economy.
Beyond the cocktails and conversations, the gathering also served as a prelude to the major highlights of the #OyoStateAt50 celebrations.
