Shehu Sani: “I’m Too Young to Be an Ambassador, My Name Has Never Been on Any List”

Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, has dismissed circulating rumours suggesting he is being considered for an ambassadorial appointment.

In a statement on Tuesday, Sani made it clear that his name has “never been on the list for an ambassadorial position,” adding that he currently has no interest in such a role.

According to him, taking up an ambassadorial appointment would be premature, as he believes he still has significant work to do for the people of Kaduna State.

“I think I’m too young to be an ambassador,” Sani said. “I still have a lot to deliver to my people in Kaduna State.”

The former lawmaker remains an active political commentator and public affairs analyst, often speaking on governance, security, democracy, and human rights.

His remarks appear aimed at dispelling speculation and reaffirming his continued commitment to grassroots engagement in Kaduna politics.
