“Build Something”: Nigerians React to Mr Eazi Being Honored Among Billionaires

Singer, entrepreneur, and investor Mr Eazi continues to draw praise, not just for his music, but for his remarkable strides in business and innovation.

A recent post making the rounds on social media has highlighted how the artist has earned recognition and respect among billionaires—not by inheritance or luxury, but through building lasting value.

The writer noted that at a recent gathering, Mr Eazi was honored and celebrated by global billionaires who spoke of him as though he were already their peer.

“To sit among and be honored by real billionaires, like they did for Mr. Eazi, you must have built something. The way they spoke about him, it was as if he were already their fellow billionaire in dollars.”

The post emphasized that wealth alone does not attract the respect of such influential figures, pointing out that luxury cars, mansions, or bank balances are not what command their attention.

“You can’t gather that caliber of men just because of the money in your bank account, the car you drive, or the mansion you live in. Money alone doesn’t move them. Vision, innovation, and impact do.”

Citing Mr Eazi’s entrepreneurial ventures—particularly businesses that have expanded into over 18 countries—the post described him as living proof that building, not just spending, is the path to lasting success.

It further challenged young Nigerians to follow the same path:

“That’s why some of us, children of the poor, are pouring the little we have into building products and services. It may look rough today, but tomorrow will tell. Because the future doesn’t belong to those who only spend, it belongs to those who build. BUILD SOMETHING.”

Mr Eazi, who founded emPawa Africa, has invested heavily in music, technology, and talent incubation across the continent. His recognition among global billionaires is seen by many as a validation of his vision-driven approach to wealth creation.
