The Nigerian Army Headquarters, 2 Brigade, Akwa Ibom State, has announced the commencement of a thorough investigation into the tragic death of one of its officers, Lieutenant Samson Haruna, in Uyo.
In a statement released on Sunday, the Army confirmed that the circumstances surrounding the young officer’s death are currently being reviewed to determine what led to the incident.
According to the statement, the investigation will be comprehensive, transparent, and in line with military protocols, ensuring that all facts are established before any official conclusions are made.
