Atiku Abubakar Hosts TeenEagle Global Competition Winner Nafisa Abdullahi, Pledges Scholarship Support

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has congratulated Nafisa Abdullahi, the winner of the 2025 TeenEagle Global Competition in the UK, after receiving her at his Abuja residence on Wednesday evening.

Atiku, in a statement, expressed pride in Nafisa and her colleagues for their outstanding accomplishment, describing it as proof of the immense potential of Nigerian youth.

He revealed that he used the occasion to reaffirm his support by awarding scholarships to Nafisa and her teammates, stressing the need for sustained investment in education.

“I have an imperishable belief in the power of the Nigerian youth, and that is why we must commit to a wholesome investment in their education and enablement,” Atiku said.

The TeenEagle Global Competition, which celebrates academic excellence and creativity among young people worldwide, saw Nigeria shine on the global stage through the brilliant performance of Nafisa Abdullahi and her peers.
