Renowned Akwa Ibom chef, Eno James, is set to make history this October by preparing the world’s largest pot of Usong Ikpong soup in Uyo.
The culinary event aims to celebrate Akwa Ibom’s rich cultural heritage and traditional cuisine, attracting food enthusiasts, tourists, and media attention from across Nigeria and beyond.
Chef Eno James expressed excitement about the project, noting that it will showcase the state’s culinary excellence and promote local ingredients and cooking traditions on a global stage.
