Barrister Thierry Nwala, a prominent Rivers State advocate, has vowed that the people of Rivers will not allow former Governor Nyesom Wike to stifle the progress they have begun to see under the leadership of Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
Speaking to reporters recently, Nwala expressed strong opposition to any efforts that might undermine the positive changes currently unfolding in the state.According to Nwala, the citizens of Rivers have already witnessed the beginnings of meaningful transformation under Governor Fubara's administration, which he described as a "glimpse of light" for the state's future. “There is a clear shift happening in Rivers State, and the people are optimistic about the future," Nwala remarked. "Governor Fubara has opened a new chapter of progress, and the people are not willing to let anyone, particularly former Governor Wike, extinguish this newfound hope.”
