Dele Momodu has advised the Governor of Lagos State Jide Sanwoolu to visit Berkane, a city in Morocco to learn tips on computerization of the public service system . He shares a few insights that he has observed on his visit to the Governor's office in Berkane.

Everything in the Governor’s office is computerized and Berkane is regarded as the number one smart city in Morocco. From here, the Governor can monitor all projects, pinpoint every household, check out all schools and students… Walahi, Lagos State Governor should visit Berkane for exchange of ideas and collaboration
