Fans believe Tyson Fury sent a message to Nigerians and Anthony Joshua through his gumshield during his incredible victory over Deontay Wilder.
The Gypsy King completely and utterly dominated the Bronze Bomber to end his undefeated record and take his WBC world championship title in the Las Vegas bout.
Fury not only nullified the threat of the biggest power puncher in the game today, he bullied his opponent throughout and picked up the TKO victory in the seventh round when Wilder’s team threw the towel in.
Fans are now desperate to see the new WBC champion face WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO champion Anthony Joshua in all British heavyweight unification bout and many believe Fury’s green and white Nigerian gumshield was a nod to ‘AJ’.
Joshua is proud of his Naija heritage, having a tattoo of the country on his right shoulder and often spending time back in the African country.
He also gave a response to Fury’s message, taking to Instagram to give his seal of approval and call the lineal world champion a “gladiator.”
