Abia State University Uturu Male Hostel On Fire

We just got a report from an eye witness at the Abia State University at the late hours yesterday,
stating that the male hostel provided by the school management was set ablaze, and at that hour there was no sufficient source of water to fight the fire that was engulfing the building while students properties were inside.
