25-year-old housewife seeking marital solution killed and her body burnt into ashes by Prophet she met on Facebook

A 25-year-old housewife, Bosede Oguntade, who was seeking solutions to her marital and financial problems, has been murdered by one Prophet Dotun Ogunlade popularly known as Arole Jesu and his friend, Mutiu, in the the Ibarapa area of Oyo state.

Oguntade who was paraded before newsmen yesterday June 20th, said Bosede had contacted him via Facebook, seeking solutions to her problem. He gave her an appointment to see him in his office on May 31st.

Bosede travelled from her base in Kwara state to meet with him. Sadly, Oguntade connived with his friend Mutiu, to kill Bosede. They severed her head and arms, used it for money rituals and then burnt her remaining body into ashes.

Speaking to newsmen, Oguntade said

''The woman (Bosede) and I had been chatting on Facebook since January this year. I later invited her to Igboora. My friend, Mutiu, had already told me about his own challenges in life. He told me that he was ready for money rituals. So, I decided to use the woman for money rituals for him.

“When the woman arrived from Ilorin, I went to pick her up. On getting to my house on May 31, this year, I gave her sleeping drugs after she complained of body pain. She slept off and I cut off her head and arms. Her head was later burnt to ashes for money rituals.” 

The police say the suspects would soon be charged to court.
