Twitter users make fun of Ibadan residents after a man was arrested for withdrawing cash from an ATM via the card less transaction

A man was apprehended by Ibadan residents and dragged to the police station after he was seen withdrawing money from an ATM without a card.

Apparently, the people present had never heard of a cardless transaction so they assumed the man was a fraud. He was immediately dragged to the police station.

Twitter users have been left amused by this story and are tweeting about it. Some are thankful they reported to the police and didn't take the law into their hands.
