Just In: Dino Melaye Give Details Of His Experience In The Custody Of Kidnappers

Senator Dino Melaye has resurfaced as he claims to have escaped over eleven hours of torture in the hands of his kidnappers.





The Kogi West Senator, who took to his Twitter account to make the revelation, also thanked his family members, supporters and Nigerians for their support.


 I thank God once again for escaping another dangerous attack. I also thank Nigerians for their prayers and show of Love. Spent 11 hours in the wilderness traumatized but God preserved me. God is the best and in whom ONLY I trust. They will continue to try. WE SHALL OVERCOME!!!

As earlier reported by Naija News, the news of Dino Melaye’s kidnap was made public on Thursday in a tweet by Senator Ben Murray Bruce who claimed to have been notified by Melaye’s brother.

The kidnap saga eventually made it impossible for Melaye to appear in court for his trial, forcing the presiding judge to adjourn the matter till August 9.

Family members had also earlier claimed to have been in touch with Melaye after the kidnap issue while the Police said investigations have been opened on the matter.
