The Independent National Electoral Commission said it will impart field and specialized understanding to the Electoral Commission of the Kingdom of Lesotho, in arranging free, reasonable and sound races.


Naija News learnt that the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, unveiled this when he got an appointment from the Lesotho commission in Abuja, on an investigation voyage through the commission.
