| Ahmed Makarfi’s Victory |
Early this morning, the Supreme Court delivered the judgement that sacked Ali Modu Sheriff and declared Ahmed Makarfi as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party.
The judgement put an end to the leadership crisis that has bedeviled the once ruling party.
Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose and his Rivers counterpart, Nyesom Wike had threatened to leave the party if Sheriff got affirmed.
