Customers Call Out Zenith Bank Over App Issues and Lack of Services




Zenith Bank is facing a wave of criticism from frustrated customers who have taken to social media to express their dissatisfaction with the bank’s mobile app and service offerings. In a recent post, a user known as JustSociety remarked, “Na grilled thunder go faya una bank...especially una App! Una no dey give loans, overdraft or anything, the small thing wen we still get, una App no gree us?”

The comment reflects a growing sentiment among customers who are struggling to access basic banking services, particularly through the bank's mobile application. Users have reported ongoing issues with the app, including login failures and transaction errors, which have hindered their ability to manage their finances effectively.

Many customers have expressed their frustration over the lack of responsiveness from the bank regarding these technical problems. “It’s unacceptable that we can’t even access our accounts. How are we supposed to conduct our daily transactions?” another user added.
